[Build Help] Buy 100$ video card until HBM2/Pascal or buy a 970/390 now

Hey guys,

Currently using an HD 5850 in a 5 year old build and it's time for a change.

I wanted to see everyones opinions if I should upgrade now, or buy a temporary video card until the next gen cards are released in 2016.

I saw this deal for a GTX 750 that can be obtained for ~100$.
