iMac Error Beep

I have a Late 2009 iMac and when you first power it on it gives out a single error beep and after about 1 minute it makes the normal Mac beep and continues to boot normally. Does anyone know what would cause this? I've tried reseating the RAM, booting with half the ram, etc but all the RAM is detected so I don't think this is the issue.
