Where is my refund?

Hey! For almost 2 months ago, I bought the game called "overgrowth". When I started the game I got very disappointed. The game was very laggy and you could only play 3 maps that wasnt even done yet. So I sended a refund request at the game. Since the game was only 2-3 hours old I could refund it. I got a email that said "you will recive your refund wihtin 14 days. Now I have waited 2 months and I have still not got anything. I was trying to refund the game again but now the game is to old to be refunded. So my question is ´what I should do. I really want my money back so I can buy another game. Thank you for your help!
