Do you think Eddie Hearn is harming Kell Brook's career?
On the news that Diego chaves is likely brooks next opponent, what are your thoughts? I think chaves is a decent, probably B level fighter but I want to see Brook fighting thurman, khan (I know he has no control over that one but khans not the only viable opponent), Maidana, Porter (rematch), etc.
These current fights are getting boring. Jo jo Dan is crap, frankie gavin has good skills but his lack of power and the fact he's too small for the weight class means he's never going to to do anything at the top level of the sport unfortunately. Chaves is another nearly man.
Brook is 29 now and been a pro since the back end of 2004. He should of fought more than one elite welterweight in that time period. At this stage I believe hearn isn't willing to take a risk with Brook, particularly with the khan fight there and thus we (the fans) are getting served up these substandard matches.
Thoughts?
