What's happening with medical marijuana in the first state?

I grew up in slower lower, Laurel, go bulldogs? But have only driven through in the past decade or so and gone back to visit a few people. Heading to the beach in a few weeks, anything noticeable changing around those parts? I miss De. you flat stretch of land, speaking of which, really like the header but those hills seem kinda big.
