Had a coughing fit during a Nebido injection

So I went to my GP surgery as usual to get a shot done. I read stuff like this could happen if some of the oil seeps into an damaged artery and as soon as I started feeling funny and had the urge to cough my mind went from 'oh that's interesting... surely it couldn't be'... to .... 'I'm fucked, I'm dying right here, right now'. Thankfully I was back to myself in about 10 minutes feeling a bit dizzy from all the unstoppable coughing and having a weird taste in my mouth. I was wondering if such a thing can affect T levels, since I'm taking a massive 1g injection every 3 months I don't want my levels to dip at the end and shark week to be back.
