Want to animate text coming out of mouth

Hey guys,

Relatively new to AE, but I have footage of a person singing, from the side. I'm looking to animate words coming out of their mouth, almost in a cartoonish fashion.

I've tried looking for examples but my mind's gone blank on where it's been used!

Any help with this would be amazing!
