A Suggestion for DLC

I've come up with a suggestion regarding DLC and the vast amount of DLC new players to the game will be overwhelmed with when more and more DLC comes out down the line.

Basically my idea is, when a new DLC releases, why not bundle all the previously-released DLC with all new game purchases? This would mean that new players looking to buy ESO in the future, when a lot of DLC will be out, who want to access all the content won't have to pay an exorbitant amount of money just so they can get access to the rest of the game's zones. Keep in mind this is with all new game purchases, not existing ones, so players that have already bought the game can't just wait until the next DLC releases just so they can access the previous one for free. Just my two cents.
