Can't remember the name of an "Other World/Death Game" anime

Basically the anime starts with 3 male characters and they're bored and laying on a hill. They then get ported to an empty version of their city where they find a festival and another female character shows up and a death game begins. The next death game involves dodging a killer in an apartment complex.

Any ideas?

Some additional information: I think the first death game involved dodging flaming arrows while answering number questions (number of arrows determined by how far off the answer you were)
