Question, what can you and what can't you do with a cochlear implant?

My girlfriend is deaf, and i wanted to know more about a cochlear implant and things you can and cannot do with one? (she has said she would like to do bungee jumping but can't due to the implant)

For example, i'm learning to fly, and would like to take her up when i have my licence, will the pressure of going up to 5,000 ft damage her ears or the implant?

Any ideas on activities that will get the adrenaline pumping?
