OBS VCE

So I was recently informed about obs vce and so I installed it. And now im curious if my laptop is able to benefit from obs vce? (I know I shouldnt be using a laptop to record/stream on. But its the best I got and I enjoy recording/streaming) so im trying to get the most I can out of my laptop and am curious on what settings I should be running at.
