Solo shooter doing beach photography. Need help with lighting options.

I'm doing a few beach sessions during the golden hour in the coming weeks. I do not use flash (yet) and I've used a home made reflector at a shoot at the park recently. My husband was my assistant holding the refector and we got some lovely shots.

I'm shopping on Amazon for some reflectors and stands but before I purchase I'd like to see if there are any beach photographers here that use reflector stands. I won't always have someone to help me so I need to set these up myself. Can anyone recommend a particular stand that would be great in the sand? Or just a good one in general? I could make modifications if needed to hold it down.

Also, anyone use those reflectors that go around the lens? Those look appealing but I wonder if they're enough.
