Has anyone tried the "rchive.co" screenplay upload site?

I follow a bunch of screenwriting relating twitter accounts and so this website's twitter account started following me. I looked at it and just for the heck of it, signed up to the service, but it seems pretty inscrutable. Not sure it has any type of value at all. Just curious if others have looked at it.
