Could a Super PAC for Bernie be made? Does one exist?

So I'm not really sure how they work, and Bernie has said multiple times he doesn't want Super PAC money, but theoretically could anyone great a Super PAC and start collecting money from rich donors who want Bernie to win, and start making commercials/marketing campaigns for him?
