Has anyone else had any trouble redeeming vouchers?

I tried redeeming a $20 psn voucher last night and after I clicked to confirm the addition of funds, it gave me an error. I tried a couple more times and I still got an error. I figured maybe they were having issues like usual and decided I'd wait until today. I tried a couple more times today on both my ps4 and my computer. Errors on both. It's giving me the "$20 will be added to your wallet" message so I know there's nothing wrong with the voucher code. Is this problem isolated to me or has anyone else had this issue in the last day? Thanks
