Synester?

So I ordered etizolam and clonazolam from Synester last week. The etizolam made it after 8 days (stupid long time) and was 50 mg short. The clonazolam still hasn't come and he blames it all on his supposed shipper. How did this guy get even a decent rating? There's been almost no communication and it took two 0/5 ratings for him to at least refund some of my money for the etizolam. Now I'm waiting to see what he does about the clonazolam. I don't want to say he's a scammer, but good god he's the worst vendor who's not a frequent scammer.
