Creating a master planning doc for IT projects from various free resources.

Hi All,

Last night I finally became sick of the ungainly word doc my organisation uses for planning out projects. As a result I collated some resources scoured from this subreddit and blog links I've found (via this subreddit).

It's not perfect, but I'd appreciate it if you'd take a look and let me know what you think is missing. Also if there's anyone out there with a spare few minutes that is less colorblind than me, feel free to play with the color scheme.
