Ramen stop at Hakata?

Hey Guys! I'm travelling around Japan in December, and was thinking of making a quick 4 hour stop at hakata station to eat ramen. Would love to hear r/fukuoka's advice about the best ramen place to go!

Note: Stopping around midday so no yatai suggestions please :(
