[Discussion] My iPhone died. Here’s my state.

First, sorry for my poor English. I'm very very glad to see that on the earth, there are still people with solidarity. I don't know all the things that my son makes for you. I read sometimes his posts and apparently he make a lot of things for this community. I read with emotion your answers from all of you and I want to say a big thanks for all your propositions. We will look with him and accept one of yours. Sorry for all other propositions and thanks again. It warms my heart to see your solidarity.

Yesterday was a bad day: my iPhone died… It’s blocked in DFU or in Recovery mode and I get a nice error 1 (Baseband error) when I try to restore it.

I have luckily save the source code of all my tweaks before it died (Ouf!)

My iPhone was my primary device and I used it to develop and to test my tweaks. As you understand, now that it died, I can’t develop tweaks anymore... I have an iPad but I don’t want to use it as a test device.

However, that can’t stop me to be present on this subreddit (as well as u/Ziph0n-Bot) to help people who have a problem and I have planned a CrashReporter tutorial. This tutorial (and many other things) will be delayed because of this sad story… Also, I shall stop my tweak tutorials for a moment. (Snif)

Maybe, you don’t care about my story, maybe you don’t care about my device, maybe you don’t care about me,… but I just wanted to let you know that I can’t develop tweaks anymore (or maybe some little ones) and some things from me will be delayed…

I’m truly sorry for that. I’m really sad… :(

Now, I just wait a new iPhone. I hope I will have one before the end of this month. I actually have an Android phone…
