I saw a troubling gif of a cat or kitten in a locked tiny cage and need more info on where it came from?

A month ago on gfycat i accidentally saw this gif in the new uploads section but i only watched a few seconds of it because it was so disturbing. i can't find it again. it kept me awake for hours at night and i need to know the story behind it. no, i don't have a link to it but i'll describe it: there is a light colored cat or kitten in a tiny vertical cage and there is a group of men standing around it, holding the cage and looking at the it and the cat. cat wants out but is almost entirely immobilized. i can't tell whether they are trying to open the cage or not. the setting is outside and in a kind of dusty environment (from what i can recall)
