Is ASD a valid reason for vasectomy at a young age?

I am a 20 years old male and I would like to get a vasectomy because I've no interests in getting kids. Not only do I hate them in general, I am an extremely impulsive person and definitely wouldn't trust myself around a kid that's with me 24/7. I know doctors are hesitant when it comes to giving vasectomy at a young age but surely this would be enough to convince them? Has anyone been through this before? I have my diagnosis from my psychiatrist and am already considered a disabled person, so I'm hopping it would be enough.
