Class 3 medical question about heart in afib happening once, 2 & 1/2 years ago

Hi All,

I'm a student pilot and am about to fill out my online application for a class 3 medical (getting close to solo now).

I'm age 33 and 2 1/2 years ago i went out, drank way to much and the next day my heart was in atrial fibrillation (dr said it was holiday heart). I was in hospital for one day and one night before everything went back to normal and i was allowed to go home.

I didn't take any meds after that and everything has been absolutely fine since then.

The question is how do you think this will effect my medical? will there be serious problems in passing it? I'd really like some advice/input especially if you've had the same issue that i have. I'm worried that i might get denied or it might be deferred for 6 months etc.
