[HELP]Script to transfer and remotely start an exe

I'm new to PowerShell so I've probably made a fairly obvious mistake, but I'm having some trouble getting this script to work. It transfers the file like I want it to, but it appears that Start-Process isn't doing anything. I don't get an error or anything on the local side (the script just continues to run), and no new process appears on the remote target (computer running Win 7 64-bit).
