[EVENT] Flag act

We are now changing the official flag away from what the capitalists once flew. Our new flag represents the prosperity of Bosnia with the wheat and the tricolor of Bosnia draped throughout. We will be flying this flag at all state owned buildings and will be distributing them to the people if they want one.
