Hamamatsucho Station in Tokyo at 6AM

September will be my first time visiting Japan, but I'm being shipped off to a rural city against my will.

I've been graced with a 4:45 hour layover at Haneda Airport in Tokyo, at around 5AM.

Funnily, I'm not the only person on the internet who's asked about this sort of situation, so I've learned that I can take a monorail to Hamamatsucho station starting at 5:15 AM.

But what exactly can I do there? Any advice is appreciated.

Details: I get in at 4:45 and my next flight leaves at 9:45.
The monorail from Haneda arrives at Hamamatsucho station at 5:36.
