Serious Network Spikes & Lagging?

Does anyone else encounter network spikes at all? I'm currently on fiber optics Every other game I own apart from Starcraft 2 plays well but for some reason since last week.. I am getting serious network spikes and stalls/min

Tried looking online to find more information on the matter but the only things I've found are from around 2013 saying that other people experience it.

Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this because I haven't exactly found a clear answer online.
