-100 FPS in fullscreen mode

Well, new thread. I get only about 60-80 FPS in fullscreen mode (http://i.imgur.com/8RaPTb5.jpg). If I switch to fullscreen [windowed] I get more than 200 FPS (http://i.imgur.com/88PtbCC.jpg). Does someone have a solution?

Sorry for my recent thread, it did not really explain my problem.
