Anyone have any experience with will call?

Hey guys, I was just curious if there's anyone out there who has experience with the will call at Summerset. I won a pair of weekend passes that will be at will call and I won't be able to make it the first night. These tickets are under my name and my friend who I'm giving the other ticket to is able to make the first night. I'm just wondering if the will call is relaxed and will let him pick the tickets up with my name.

I already tried changing the name but they said they couldn't because I won the tickets.
