Thoughts about Mary...

It has been a while since I have watched season three. I saw a few clips from HLV today and I am realizing that in retrospect I am having a harder and harder time accepting what Mary did. I don't know how to approach her character going into the next season. I don't think I can forgive her anymore for shooting Sherlock. Does anyone else feel this way?
