Coloring my Pets question?

My boyfriend and I looked at paintbrushes for pets and he thought striped Lutari looked the best but, I struggled making an outfit for it it ended up like:http://items.jellyneo.net/mywishes/ruykii/4/. I disliked it and realized I'm struggling with all the colors and then I saw chocolate but, how does one get a chocolate neopet? I liked the wraith one because I had made this outfit:http://wardrobe.jellyneo.net/app/?outfit=1AAAAAAAAA147483. Why is it hard to choose a color I like? :( Also, is chocolate lutari even possible? (Now, my boyfriend made me ask me if I like wraith lupe or baby lupe, THE DECISIONS!)
