What to concentrate on now?

Now that I’m in my upper 70’s (currently at team cap 79) I’ve found that I may have stretched myself too thin and really need to figure out which characters to concentrate on. I am usually sitting in the 200’s for both the arena and grand arena and can usually make it through crusade with only a little issue on hard mode. The places I’m having problems staying up on are the Outland portal where I can still only do the stage 3 even though stage 4 is available to me. I’m having the most difficulty with the Cave Dweller.   I am also starting to see some issues with Crusade where it is becoming difficult to make it with a good healthy unit to stage 15. I am also having some difficulty keeping on level with the Valkyrie Showdown as a lot of my female characters aren’t close to my max level cap. I would like to be able to complete the stages available to me in the outland portal and trials, maintain my ranks in the arena and grand arena, and be able to lessen the difficulty of the crusade.   So my big question is what characters should I concentrate on to be able to work a lot of the different areas of Hero’s Charge? Should I just concentrate on a group of 10 to keep my rank in the grand arena while making the teams there a mix of those that can assist me in other areas such as crusade, outlands, arena, and trials or should I narrow my focus down more? Should I not worry about the arena at all since I can still get coins from maintaining rank in grand arena and so expand my concentration to a well-rounded group of 15?
