What are your favorite cast iron recipes and methods?

I'm a huge fan of cast iron. Probably to a fault, as I tend to try to use my cast iron skillet at any possible opportunity.

As far as my favorite, I like to make a thick crust pizza in my skillet. I've recently started to attempt baking, so I try (with mediocre results) to make dough from scratch now. However, I used to make a solid dough out of only flour and plain Greek yogurt (I just eyeball it until the mixture gets doughy). It rises up nicely and takes seasonings well! Then just top with some store bought or homemade sauce, cheese, and toppings and toss it in a 400 degree oven til I can no longer wait to eat it. The cast iron helps the crust get nice and crispy, plus it looks way cooler and keeps the pizza warm for a while.

I also love to deep fry in the skillet, as it keeps the oil nice and hot.

Anyone else have some go-to cast iron favorites?
