I'm suddenly and surprisingly in the TWW! Now..how bad is my timing?

I was deemed good to go by the docs - and in the knick of time. I just have to ask about my timing, cause I'm obsessing about it now. I know that five days before O is sort of the range in which it is even possible to conceive. I managed to get one shot at it this time around, and it was either two or three days before O, based on everything except temping, of course. It is highly unlikely that I will ovulate any later than 5 days after, so if that is the case, then we're juuust within range. But I do believe it is three days before. How bad is that, really? I know that the internet tells me it's possible, and in theory I'm sure that is true...But, you know, HOW possible is it? Do any of you know? Any previous experiences??

I'm sorry, I'm rambling and obsessing here. I'm just so stoked to be out of the horrendous waiting for surgery-loop from hell. :-D HURRAY.
