Would Donald Trump be allowed to offer everyone who votes for him a 15% discount to his resorts and hotels?

Would Trump be allowed to do this? It seems almost like a bribe (which I'll just assume is illegal), but in this case people are not getting paid to vote for him, but instead would just receive a discount if they were to stay at his resorts.
