Where to buy SolidWorks Professional 2013

My company is currently looking to purchase SolidWorks. We have gone through the steps with the different VARs and received quotes back from them. However the price point is just a little too high for us at the moment. We are looking for SoildWorks 2013 professional.

Does anyone have an idea or lead on how we can purchase the before mentioned software at a price point that isn't over $4,000?
