Milky Way recall

Hello there. I have a benched Milky Way but I read before that she was good so I was gonna build her if I had a high enough cost. Now, with the recall system I'm not sure if I would still put her on my team.

Is she still good enough or should I go for another character? I'm confused since I never used before. Any suggestions?
