Looking for places to complete this look

So usually I dress in a preppy style and for the upcoming semester I want to incorporate this type of style into my wardrobe.

I already have ideas about where to get tan suede Chelsea boots from and I frequently shop at thrift stores and can find obscure/ loose t-shirts but since I lost a lot of weight previously none of my pants fit me at all.

If anyone has any places to find slim/skinny pants,jeans, or chinos or any advice on completing this look I would really appreciate it.
