Bahco Laplander - is mine loose?

I just got a Bahco Laplander and when it is locked (folded or unfolded) the blade can still wobble back and forth a couple of degrees. Also I have to bend the tip of the blade a bit when closing or else it wants to clip the handle. Is mine a lemon or are they all like this?
