Small bumps on head of penis

Hi, had these bumps I think for the longest since I was a teenager now 21 and recently with my first GF for a good half of the year. She keeps bringing up these spots and its making me kind of nervous even though Ive had them before I ever had intercourse. They dont hurt at all or cause any discomfort. If anyone know what this could be please let me know. Edit: Also I am circumcised if that matters.
