Will job background check reveal unfiled taxes?

I recently discovered that for some reason my Turbo Tax filing for 2013 was never submitted. Regardless of why, the fact stands that I didn't file taxes.

I just snail-mailed my 2013 forms in and I am expecting a refund (i.e., I don't owe money). According to online sources, the snail-mail forms may not get processed for 6-8 weeks.

As of this week, there is a third party conducting a background check for a job application. I have submitted everything from urine to W2s to college diplomas. During this check, will I be flagged for not filing taxes? If so, is this a deal breaker?
