Can someone help me setup my gamepad for CSGO?

I got a gamepad to play CSGO with, for physical reasons. The store page says it has "partial" controller support, but so far it isn't working at a point where I can play the game normally. I use x360ce and it works for every other game i've tried. In CSGO everything works except for the right analogue stick. When I push it to the left my game moves the camera down, when I push it to the right it moves the camera up. Moving it up and down makes it crouch and shoot. There's no options in the settings regarding the analogue sticks, and all I get in r/globaloffensive is people telling me to get good and use the keyboard and mouse. I wish I could, but life isn't always fair. Could anyone here help me? I would be very thankful.
