Every vegan needs to supplement Omega 3 (DHA & EPA)

Health

There are no plant sources of omega 3 DHA and EPA, you cannot get them in oils etc. in adequate amounts everyday. Don't get confused when you see a product saying it contains Omega 3, it will be most likely be ALA, NOT DHA or EPA which are essential to our health.

I just started taking one recently and I've noticed a huge difference in everything from my eye sight to mood. I'd highly recommend taking one.

Opti3 is the most natural and beneficial one I've found.

I feel like vegans sometimes brush things like this under the rug. It's time every vegan takes charge of their health and makes sure they are getting everything they need. You cannot get EVERYTHING from a vegan diet (with proper planning you can get 95%).
