I have some questions

I watched last night and up until now I haven't watched as carefully as I should have, so I have some questions. Maybe they're obvious, but I was wondering if I just missed something or if you guys could help me out?

1. This is my biggest question. Did Alli actually disappear all by herself after her supposed murder? This spawns a lot of other questions that I could have just missed. Who is Varjack and is that important? Was Cece consistently blackmailing all of the liars? I know that Mona had something to do with it but is that all or were there others? Where did that cut on Alli's leg come from for real? Was she kidnapped and held hostage? Did Cece do that?

2. Did they cover whether or not the moms got out of the basement?

3. On that note, did they cover the creepy guy from the Carissimi group?

4. What did Mike have to do with anything? Why was he taking the blood? How much did he know about Mona? WHY WASN'T HE IN THE FINALE???

I definitely have more but I can't think of them...I'll edit this when I do!
