Haven't slept in 24+ hours; should I sleep or finish Mahouka Koukou No Rettousei?

The title says it all. Also, this is the first anime I've watched that features incest, and to my surprise it isn't hentai! So I'm wondering (as a side question) are there any other good (preferably action or suspense) anime that do incest well, or is this the 1% to the other 99% hentai.

Edit: I crashed at about 2 in the after noon and woke up at 10 at night
