Iron Gym style Pull-Up Bars and my door frame.

My door frame looks like:

This

This

&This

It's a wood frame over a concrete wall. The wood is about 1.5cm thick. Is that going to be enough to hold up this kind of pull-up bar? I weigh about 85KG.

From the look of them a lot of the pressure is actually against the walls, and it isn't just hanging off the frame, so I'm thinking it's probably ok, but I figured I'd ask before I end up falling on my ass with shards of molding all over me and needing to buy a new door frame.

Also, assuming some kind of apparatus to get my feet up on, would I be able to use one of these for horizontal rows? Or is the force vector messed up somehow? Under tables doesn't really work for me as I have kind of long arms and I can't get a full extension that way.

Thanks.

My door frame is a similar thickness and I've got concrete walls. I've been using an iron gym style of pull up bar for a few months without issue. I'm a little lighter. About 67 kg.
