S100B test is not on Labcorp's website but Labcorp should send out to ARUP lab as ARUP's test code was written on Labcorp's requisition form. However, Labcorp did not send out. Instead, Labcorp performed a protein, total, serum test.
I will notify my medical insurance not to pay Labcorp's bill. Labcorp's website does not provide a phone number for patients to call. I completed LabCorp's online survey but survey does not ask for a phone number.

I asked a local draw office Labcorp's complaint department. 800-859-7001. Erica explained that Labcorp does not use ARUP's test code. Doctors' offices have to call Labcorp to get Labcorps' test codes for speciality tests they send out. This should be on Labcorp's website.
