What are some good places to get free/discounted stuff on your birthday?

Hey, r/frugal! Guess what day it is! Yes, yes it is. I was wondering what are some places to get free/discounted stuff on your birthday?

Restaurants, clothing stores etc. I always hear about this stuff but then it's always too late! All suggestions welcome!
