I have no internet coverage, but I have 4G LTE coverage. Need unlimited Data plan for hotspot, any recommendations?

I just moved into this awesome new house, but there are no internet providers that will service this area. I have great coverage with Verizon, but their data plans can get REALLY expensive, REALLY quickly.

Do you know of any unlimited data plans that I can use that are relatively inexpensive?
