Kind of shooting in the dark for help on this one, but I need to sell an old burial plot close to Waco, TX. Where should I start researching this?

Not exactly the most accurate subreddit for this request, but r/Frugal has always been receptive and helpful for my strange questions.

I was given the deed (dated back in the late 60s) for a burial plot located just outside of Waco, TX at a, supposedly, prominent and fairly nice cemetery. Nobody in my family needs this plot, and nobody was doing anything with it, so it was given to me with the idea that I could sell it and make a little money.

Where should I start with this? Should I just straight up call the cemetery and let them know my intentions? Place an ad in the local paper/local craigslist? Really out of my depth on this one.
