Car fund or Debt?

So, I have a junky old car. Should I put more money towards a fund to replace it with a newer car or paying back a debt? I can probably wipe out the debt in three dedicated months. A car replacement would be a similar length of time.

Since it's a personal debt I am more inclined to pay it back sooner than later.
